This is a new service that I am very pleased to offer to new parents. The first year as a new parent is an emotional roller coaster of joy and exhaustion. My aim is to guide you and help you to understand what it is really like during the first year with a new baby or babies.

Helping you through baby's first year

During the first amazing year of a baby’s life, they will grow and develop at an astonishing rate.

Just when you might feel you are on top of things, your baby will have other ideas and his/hers needs change again.

I have combined all of my experience and skills as a

into an accessible package for parents. I offer to share the journey with you through the first year of life, giving you peace of mind and answering all of those questions as you encounter all those unknown (but common) situations that arise.

What does it involve?

This is a very flexible package, and you choose how long you would like support for. You will receive:


  • An initial home visit or face time consultation of up to 1hr 30 mins to discuss relevant topics
  • A personal plan which will be reviewed according to your baby’s needs.
  • Unlimited messages 7 days a week between the hours of 7am and 10pm
  • 2x 20 min calls or FaceTime per week.


Additional visits and FaceTime calls are available at an extra £30 per hour

Payment plans are available.

Terms and conditions

  • Payment due at time of booking
  • Saturdays and Sundays incur an additional charge of 10% of the total
  • Travelling costs are charged at 40p per mile
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, I must receive notification within 24 hours prior to your appointment or full payment is expected
